For the third consecutive year, Agrícola Cantagalo will participate in the Salon du Chocolat 2011 Paris. The event will settle at Porte de Versailles from 19th to 23rd October 2011. Brazil will have a booth at this event and will be represented by the Secretary of Agriculture, Mr. Eduardo Salles.

During the event, we will present the company and offer booth visitors samples of chocolate made with our best varieties of cocoa.

The biggest international chocolate event - the Salon du Chocolat - will take place in July 2012 for the first in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. It is the first time that a cocoa-producing country will host the Salon du Chocolat, considering that only the cities of Paris, New York, Tokyo, Beijing,

Moscow and Shanghai have promoted it thus far. Besides gathering the greatest chocolatiers in the world, the event will be unique in relation to the other festivals currently held in several countries by including visits to the main cocoa farms in Bahia.

À l'invitation du Secrétaire de l'Agriculture de l'État de Bahia (SEAGRI), on a fait part de la délégation d'hommes d'affaires représentant les différents secteurs de l'économie de Bahia en mission commerciale en Chine.

Jair Macedo (représentant les exploitations agricoles Cantagalo) et Henrique Almeida (représentant l'Institut Bio-fabrique du Cacao) ont participé au Cacao / Chocolat suivi.

On s´est réuni plusieurs fois avec des hommes d´affaire chinois à Shandong, Jinan et Beijing, où un bureau d'affaires a été installé, permettant de nouveaux investissements à Bahia.

Notre délégation s´est réuni à Dubaï avec des hommes d'affaires des Émirats Arabes Unis, dans le bureau de l'APEX - Agence Brésilienne de Promotion des Exportations et des Investissements.

Les hommes d'affaires des Émirats Arabes Unis ont montré leur intérêt de connaître l'État de Bahia, en faisant confiance à son potentiel agropécuaire et à la création de nouvelles entreprises.
